TO MAKE YOUR MOUTH WATER
All our fondant wedding cakes have 3 layers of fluffy sponge, sandwiched together with homemade fruit conserves, curds and salted caramel, swiss meringe buttercream (unless otherwise stated) and covered in chocolate ganache to help create that sharp egde look and then finished with a thin layer of Swiss sugar paste for a lovely smooth finish. We also offer naked and semi naked wedding cakes.
